Unfortunately we cannot do returns for change of mind. Each original piece or print is handled with care and with as much transparency as possible therefore all sales are final.
Each piece is packaged carefully and if damaged in transit it is best to contact the delivery service, in some situations we can provide a refund or exchange of work, in this case we will require the piece to be returned in the same packaging as it was delivered at the customers cost. Please email hello@allycatart.com if you have any issues with the arrival of your piece for us to discuss this further.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and standard shipping applies 4-7 business days unless express shipping is selected at checkout.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
